If you are having difficulty in accessing your download product, please check
that none of the following symptoms apply.
Please also remember that your download link will only work for seven days
and a maximum of twice.
All our download products are compressed in the .zip format and users of WindowsXP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 do not need any utilities to be able to uncompress these files.
If you are unable to open the zip file, please try using one of the many available
compression/archive applications such as WinZip

If you are having a technical problem, such as page errors or something within
the shop system that just doesn't seem to be working correctly, please check
that it has not already been posted on
the forums here. If it is not already posted or you are experiencing a similar
problem that we have not acknowledges to be systemwide, or if you have any suggestions
about how we can improve the shop, feel free to please feel free to post to
let us know.
DO NOT post any details here regarding specific orders or credit card,
PayPal or postal address information in the forum. Not even if asked by a member
of MT staff. For shop support we do not need/or want to know your credit card
details.
