| Dispatching Your Order |

- All orders for Making Tracks own range of CDs and DVD's will be sent via Royal Mail from the UK.
- Most retail products will be dispached directly from Contact Sales Ltd.
- Due to its size, RailDriver orders will be dispached by Contact Sales, who will need to contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time.
All orders are normally dispached within 2 working days, but please allow 7 working days.
In the case of Special Delivery items, your "next day" guarantee is the next working day (not Saturday or Sunday) after dispatch of your order and does not guarantee Next Day dispatch.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please click here before you order a download product. You will not be able to download if you are on Dial-Up Internet Access or if you have a Download Accellerator running on your PC.
Download Packs are downloaded directly from the shop. You can only donwload the file twice and you only have 7 days in which to download it.
To download the file, you must be logged in to the shop, click on "My Account" and then "My Orders". The download link is at the bottom of the invoice page.
| Proof of Postage and Non-Delivery Claims |

Making Tracks obtain a proof of postage receipt for all dispatches.
To have your order sent by insured mail within the UK, please select Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Royal Mail First Class is not a guaranteed delivery service, (although Making Tracks will obtain proof of dispatch).
From 1st February 2007, all orders to be shipped Internationally are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For, this is to ensure that the order is insured to prevent loss in transit and also provides Making Tracks with proof of Delivery.
If your item is not delivered, Making Tracks are unable to make a claim to Royal Mail until 5 weeks (25 working days) after dispatch and unrecorded mail claims (First Class) and International Items can take upto 15 weeks to be processed. Until the claim has been completed, Making Tracks will be unable to ship a replacement to you.

Returns on faulty Making Tracks Products are subject to the following conditions:-
- We will only replace disks that are faulty or unusable as a direct result of defective media or media damaged during shipping. Making Tracks only use quality branded media, but we accept from time to time that faults may occur in the writing process or in the manufacture of the media.
- Disks will only be replaced if:-
- Making Tracks are contacted first regarding the problem. Software related problems may have been fixed with maintenance patches, which are available in the Download or Support sections of the Making Tracks website.
We will advise of any patches which are known to fix the problem experienced.
- The defective media is returned to Making Tracks complete with the original case and inlay cards and manuals with a covering note outlining the problem - Please wait for confirmation by Making Tracks before returning any items.
Please allow between 7 and 14 days for checking of faulty disks and dispatch of replacement products.
